Dr. Jane Kruszewski graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from the University of Michigan where she worked with many of the sports teams there, including football, women’s soccer, softball, volleyball, men’s tennis, and track and field. She then went on to obtain her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at George Washington University. She has experience working with high school and collegiate athletes, the Marine Corps, the Navy, and people at all levels of activity.
Growing up playing softball, soccer, basketball, and volleyball, Dr. Kruszewski has always been very active and currently weight lifts and has recently started training in martial arts (brazilian jiujitsu, krav maga, muay thai). She is certified in Level 1 and 2 Functional Dry Needling, is a certified level 1 Pilates reformer instructor, a 200 hour certified yoga instructor, and is obtaining her MMACC (mixed martial arts conditioning certification).
